The comfortable flat is located in a good conditioned dwelling house in classical art-deco style just opposite the old historical city hall of Pest.

The friendly apartment has 69 square meter consisting:

• nice, bright living-room at the front-side of the building

• cosy dayroom

• calm bedroom facing the inner court

• fully equipped, small kitchen with dish-washer and many extras 

• newly furnished showe/bath

The parquett floors and the stucco works werer recenty revised and are in exellent shape.
Kitchen and bath-room are equipped with new tiles and are in best condition

Beside the genouros equipment is the excellent central city situation one of the highlights of this  flat.  Located at the  Varoshaz utca ("city hall road"), close to the   ==> central Ferenciek ter, the guests have best access  to the underground system and the entire traffic facilities and public infrastructure of centre of Budapest.

Step out the entrance-door and you will stand  in the "heart of Budapest": fancy downtown restaurants, fashion shops, flashiest boutiques are in direct neighbourhood: you will reach most of the important Budapest City-Sights easily and comfortable, if you wish by foot.

Beside that, you will also find a couple of steps away the calm small lanes of the old part of Pest, with these typical melancholic inner courts and the historic dwelling houses. 
Only few steps away you will reach the   ==>  historc jewish quarter Erzsebetvaros , with  idyllic old-fashioned small shops and nostalgic grocer shops.

Just beside the apartment you will find also some supermarkets where you can get everything you need for your own supply.

Despite the  perfect central situation of the apartment dwelling is calmly , since the flat is situated a side-street  bordering the centre of the old town of the city with limited traffic, however, approach with cars is permitted ("residents only!")

The apartment can be used  up to 4 person comfortably, there are comfortable sleeping accomodations in two separated, lockable rooms (a large kingsize bed in the sleeping room,  comfortable, extensible bed-couch in the living-room).
